With health and nutrition in mind, Wilson Family Farm grows a variety of vegetables including arugula, basil, beans (haricot vert), beets, carrots, cucumbers, garlic, eggplant, kale, leeks, lettuce, okra, onions, peppers (sweet & hot), potatoes, radishes, snow peas, squash, sweet potatoes, Swiss chard, tomatoes, turnips (Japanese), and zucchini. Our vegetables and cut flowers are sold through a CSA and at the following farmers markets: East TN F.A.R.M. market at 3457 Kingston Pike @ Cherokee Blvd, Knoxville (Tuesday) Market Square Farmers Market in downtown Knoxville (Wednesday) East TN F.A.R.M. market at Jackson Square in Oak Ridge (Saturday)
